We want you to be as informed as you can be before deciding whether to utilize Chuck's Lanscaping for your lawn care needs. Please read through the frequently asked questions to gain even more clarity about our business philosophy and what we can offer you.

I am interested in a monthly lawn care agreement but I don't want to get stuck in a contract. What should I do?

 

With Chuck's Lanscaping, a lawn care agreement is in place only to prevent unnecessary communication. When you have a lawn care agreement, we come on a regularly set basis to maintain your lawn in a predetermined way without having to contact you first. You may cancel a single visit or your entire agreement at any time you want. If you need to cancel more than three (3) visits in a 3 month period, we will reevaluate your needs to find a lawn care agreement that better serves you and us.

Since communication is minimal, how will you collect payment?

 

You have several payment options. You may take the old-fashioned easy approach of leaving a check in a predetermined safe place. You may also pay by credit card over the internet. I am happy to provide an address for you if you would like to set our business up with your bank's bill pay. Of course, if you're home, cash is always an acceptable form of payment.

What if I am unhappy with your service?

 

At Chuck's Lanscaping, you will always be talking with the owner, Chuck Forsbrey. You won't have to deal with a middle man or leaving messages with administrative staff. We are confident in and proud of our services and can only maintain those values if each and every customer is happy.

What areas does Chuck's Lanscaping serve?

 

Chuck's Lanscaping is happy to provide services to anyone in Guilford County. Our primary service location is the Greensboro/Mcleansville area but we also currently serve people in Pleasant Garden, and Jamestown. If you are out of this general area and are still interested in working with us, we would be happy to talk about an additional flat travel fee.

We invite you to reach out with any questions.

If contacting us about basic mowing, please include the approximate size of your lawn, whether there are hills or fences and whether a zero turn mower can access all parts of your lawn. We will reply shortly with a rough estimate, understanding that no price can be firmly set until we have visited your lawn in person.
